Ok, so, I got Assassins Creed 2 on my PC 2 weeks ago. It took a lil while to install, and literally once it installed my eyes lit up. Assassins Creed is my favorite game series. I opened it and it patched it all, and then the Ubisoft screen came up, then the 'This game is based upon historical events' screen, and after that, the screen goes full white, zero audio. I tried pressing numerous buttons, but nothing happened. So I tried pressing Ctrl+Del, and this brought up the Task Manager. I pressed Task Manager and it opened, but then closed and went back to ACII, but this time, their was audio (the music at the beginning where you press start) but the screen was black. Tried buttons again, still nothing. Task again, went back to ACII, and the sound when the Assassins Creed 2 logo appears went off, and buttons STILL didn't work. SO I just ended the task. I wanna play this, but have no PS3, 360. Please help me!!

Well, my requirements are a little low, but I was able to run MW2 and TES- Oblivian GOTY Edition with no problem.

Yes, but it still depends on requirements. You have to check ur specs with the minimum requirements first.

Ok, but a couple more questions- 1. Is their any way I can add memory to my laptop WITHOUT taking it apart? (RAM) 2. Are their any single player RPG/Shooters for free that can run on my notebook with the following specs?: Windows 7 1GB RAM Intel Atom N2600 Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600 320GB HDD 3. Are their any programs that can like change your laptop? Like make everything 8bit, different colors, Apple/Mac display, etc? 4. I downloaded a game called "Warsow" for free and it said it could run on my specs, but when I play it the graphics screw up and I can't see my character. How can I fix that? Thanks for the help as well so far.

1. Is their any way I can add memory to my laptop WITHOUT taking it apart? (RAM) No, but most laptops it's easy to install more RAM.
2. Are their any single player RPG/Shooters for free that can run on my notebook with the following specs?: Probably Team Fortress 2 and older Call of Duty

Windows 7
1GB RAM
Intel Atom N2600
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3600
320GB HDD

No wonder AC doesn't work, that's not a gaming laptop at all.

3. Are their any programs that can like change your laptop? Like make everything 8bit, different colors, Apple/Mac display, etc? Apple Mac Display? What do you mean?

4. I downloaded a game called "Warsow" for free and it said it could run on my specs, but when I play it the graphics screw up and I can't see my character. How can I fix that? It's ur laptop mate, it's only meant for Word Processing and Internet

Thanks for the help as well so far. AssassinsNation

Download a program called Speccy (Free) http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download It shows you all the specs there, then you look at the recommended requirements for the game you want to play and compare them.

Your laptop's specs are too bad.
