Title sort of says it all.

Which MoBo would be the better buy and which one is better quality and has more features?

Maybe if you could also mention some of the differences too. I know one is more expensive but money doesnt matter when a good MoBo is concerned :D

Thanks;)

P.S. Oh and here are the links!

If your going to be overclocking the Asus Maximus II would be a good pick.

Obviously the Maximus Formula II has more features, although rather un-useful ones IMO.

OCing performance wise, so far I'd have to give it to the MF2. While the P5Q Deluxe has some of the best rock stable stability in the high FSB range, it doesn't OC quads too well enough. Not atleast when compared to the MF2. If not, both the P5Q Deluxe and MF2 OC about just as well with duals and is equally good when it comes to stability.

If you have an extra $60 to throw down, then go for the MF2.

I have the Asus maximus II formula and I couldn't be happier,ZERO issues, overclocking is a piece of cake, and has a ton of safety options,Extra sound card that come with it which is better than normal onboard audio ,each part (vga,cpu,ram,nb.sb...) has an led next to it that it will blink to indicate an overvoltage or a problems with that part, setting up RAID is rediculous easy(they call it hdd speeding),southbridge has by far the coolest heatsink ever made, also the mobo has 6x3 pin for case fan control which is alot can feed a ton of case fans and control them.I strongly recommend it more than any P45 motherboard.
