I'm planning in getting this MOBO, what do you guys think? why, if going sli, one GPU is @16x and the other is at 8x, is this equal to an extra half power added as If I had one single video card, what this mean? please help? although, I read the specs on the ASUS site, it says it supports both at 16X, is this true?

From what I know sli/crossfire will run both cards at the same speed either 8/8 or 16/16, if asus say it will run both at 16/16 thats awesome although it still doesnt give you double power for your games just a bit better increase over 8/8 config.

Koolboss73: stay away from purple and very BIG text, we sitting on a black theme can't read your post.

And I would nog get anything less than a P45 board today, and for multiple GPU a CF motherboard with intel chipset. ( X38/X48 )
