ATI Drivers Problem

I have been having a problem with my video drivers recently. When i updated my drivers and went to play me some starcraft 2 everything looked all blurry and the framerate was at like 20 when it should be at 40-50. Does any one know whats going on and how this can be fixed? thx.

whats ur graphics card, and the rest of your computer specs. Did you upgrade the drivers directly from the amd website? My radeon 6950 plays sc2 perfectly.

here are my specs its not a gaming pc but plays on low at 50 fps

GPU: ati radeon hd 2400 pro

CPU AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 2.4GHz

RAM:2GB

HDD:1TB

PSU:400w
