The best AGP card from bestbuy is the HD2400xt its not a good gaming card, but its a lot better than the x1050

Never buy such a critical part from such a terrible source ! Best Buy is just NOT right for video cards, just like an X1050 is not for any game newer than about 6 years ago, unless it was purposely designed 2D, or it's an MMO. A 2400 isn't for any game newer than 3 years ago.

Game cards START from the ones with a "600" performance level indicator in their names.

The Radeon 9500 Pro was better than the 9600 series, just a half generation older. The 9600 SE is the one that was recycled twice. First, they made an X300 from it, then the Radeon 9550 came in its own turn from that one. The X1050 amounts to some sort of crossbreed of an X300 SE with part of an X1300.

FYI, the performance capability went from the 9500 Pro on top, this way: 9500 Pro > 9600 XT > 9500 Vanilla > 9600 Pro > 9600 Vanilla > > X300 > 9600 SE > X300 SE.

Save your money for a decent computer if you plan on running Crysis. And if you do decide to go out and build yourself a computer, don't use Bestbuy, try Frys.com or Newegg and look for parts that have a manufactuers refund and free shipping. This is especially true at Frys.com, built my rig for under $1000 thanks to the money that I saved from shopping online there. And I can play Crysis and Fallout 3 so I'm happy with my rig.

well i have this graphic card but i am unable to play fallout 3. i have read the minimum system requirement for fallout 3 and it want a shader 2 graphic card with 256mb ram, i have 256 mb ram in ati radeon x 1050, i have fullfill all the minimum system requirement then what is the problen with this game. help me . i really want to play this gamefunmania0291

There's your problem. The x850 is a very old high end card, the x1050 is a slightly newer budget card.
