Does this video card run better with more RAM? Cause I need to know if I should get 1 gig, 1.5 gigs, or 2gigs. I'm mostly going to be playing games like, Halo, WoW, Battlefield 2, Need for speed, quake 4, Unreal Tournement 2004, Call of Duty 2, and others games like those.

Thanks.

Nope. Some of those games will benefit from more than 1 Gb but the video card performance won't increase.

I mean is it worth the extra cash? I want to spend as little money as possible without losing any performance.

yeah, with that money spent on the memory module, you'd have more of a performance gain getting a new card.

I spent $50 on a second 1g mem stick (2gb total), the whole computer seems more responsive and runs smoother, it's not a huge difference but i think it's worth the $50

I never tried 1.5gb so i cant say

If you have a intel core 2 duo processor upgrading to a better video card would be worth it.

Anything else (even x2 athlon) you will be dissapointed in the amount you spent for the performance gain.

(is $300 really worth 10fps in a video game)
