audio converters .wma to .mp3 for my iphone

I am looking for a good audio converter. that will convert my .wma music to .mp3 so that i can play it on my iphone and itunes.

any sugestions. or ideas.

all of my music is from cd's i that i own that i hve riped to my comptuer. then i have some purchased music that i burnt then reriped. but they all are in .wma and not mp3.

if you have winamp there's a plugin that pretty much converts anything to .mp3 format.
if you don't .. get cdex its free and its available by searching cdex on google.

Will it duplicate the song/file? if so i'll just download winamp or move my music to a external hdd and then convert it on to a nother one
