I kind of feel like I wasted ten bucks on it. I guess it's cool if you just want something that's kind of like an interactive synthesizer for your music, but I got bored with it fast. The whole matching up blocks thing is kind of clunky and doesn't work that well in practice. I never really got a good handle on what I was doing. Frankly I'd rather play Guitar Hero.

If you like music, get it. It's only 10$ on Steam. What you should do it play the Mono game modes, where you have to get the coloured blocks and not hit the grey ones. This is the simplest game mode and the funnest, IMO. It's also not nearly as stressing as matching up colours.

I've been having a lot of fun with Audiosurf, although you do need a good music collection to get the most out of it.

It's the sorta game you'll play for 5 or 10 mins a day for years to come but don't expect to be playing it hours on end.

after giving it some more time... I must say, it's amazing! After getting used to mono, I moved on to different modes... they're all awesome, and make you think. Good stuff! The possibilities in the game are near infinite because you can play any song you want.

The game is only limited by how much music you have on your computer. At 10%, its a good buy and it's a good game to waste some time with.

Audiosurf is good fun, but only if you've really haven't got anything better to do.

The game is exactly like the demo. So if you like the demo, get it.

I got bored really fast with it. I don't like the whole puzzle thing where you have to match collours. Mono is fun, for like 10 minutes if you are bored.

The thing that bothers me with the game is that the music really has almost nothing to do with what you do in the game. Sure, the track is made in a specific way by the song. But it feels so random that if you played another song with that same track, you wouldn't even notice. The gameplay itself has pretty much nothing to do with the song you are playing. All the blocks, it's just so random. It's like you are playing a random puzzle game, while listening to your music.

I just put on some of my music while typing this. And this is hell of a lot more fun and it's free!

Its a brilliant game, I'd highly recommend it but only if you really like music, you will get bored quickly if you don't listen to music alot.

I cant see how it would be more fun :?

I listen to music most of the time I'm on the computer, but often find myself getting bored and looking for something better to do. Audiosurf allows you to do that... you can actually do something that goes with the music.

Get it its 10$ and its a lot of fun to play, u need a big music collection tho and u have to like music a lot cuz sometimes u will want to get the highest score for a particular song and that means u'll have to listen to the same song anything from 4 to 10 times and it can get tiresome. I had a lot of fun with it the first 2 weeks or so i was playing it for 4/6 hours a day, i was up til 4am playing lol but now my mouse is not responding very well so its getting tricky to play have to get a new one to get all my records back.

Amazing game! Incredibly addictive, especially if you have good music ;)

I enjoy some tracks I would simply not enjoy as much if I didn't have the game.

Definitely worth more than 10$.
