I don't like it too much, no one is being strategic and the AOC causes too much problems on DX10.1/DX11
so far 2/5...
There is no dx 11 in betaI don't like it too much, no one is being strategic and the AOC causes too much problems on DX10.1/DX11

Some people seem to like it while others don't, I'm not a big fan of the game personally.[QUOTE="MEOWWW123"].... based on the beta, and compared to previous pc battlefiled games, its not all that unrealistic to come to that conclusion as for topic, im not too big on it, but i would still like to give it another try in conquest mode on final release of the game...otherwise its the kind of game id wait until its ~$20 or so to buyIts fun but it feels like a buggy console port.

Just been playing the demo on PS3, since I don't want to pre order it on steam and its pretty fun. A lot of snipers on the attacking team haha.
From what I've played I like it, although not being able to go prone annoys the heck out of me. It is still buggy, but it's a beta, what do you expect. BF2 had plenty of it's own issues when it was first released. Considering that DICE has been great at patching their games in the past, I'm not too worried about the minor issues I've experienced so far.
It's fun, and the physics are sweet. The lack of a health bar and prone are my major complaints so far. Why can't I see my health? Is this supposed to make the game more fun? Definitely not a plus over the previous games. And no prone? I was kind of hoping the game wouldn't be consolized, Dice..
I'm actually more glad that there is not going to be any bunny hopping, then upset that there is no prone. I'll agree with the health bar, even if they dont give an exact percentage, at least give us a general indication. It's fun, and the physics are sweet. I like to watch the people that do it in other games and then they do it in BFBC2. They fail to realize they can't.It's fun, and the physics are sweet. 1. Don't color your text that way, it hurts people's eyes. 2. How so? To me, the game feels almost exactly like Battlefield 2142, which was not released on any console. It has some hiccups, yes, but nothing inexcusable for a beta build. Its fun but it feels like a buggy console port.

Game is good just when everyone on your team who thinks they can snipe and fail to release they are **** at it, the game loses all fun. When you have to evenly balanced teams with a mixture of all classes being used it seems like the next Multiplayer fps to go for in PC gaming. I played CSS the other night and it felt so small... like realy really realy small lacked any type of dynamics and was just kinda boring lol

It's an amazing game. One of the best if not the best online experiences I've ever had. It brings me back to when I first started to get into online gaming with Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
Because while it doesn't have that grand epic feel that previous entries have, its smaller maps, along with its Squad Component definitely being the best out of the series, now that you can respawn right next to any of your squaddies, everything is now more intense. Both in action and teamwork from literally every moment until the end of the game. Especially with all of the explosions happening. :P
Also, a tip for anyone using win xp. Even if you are using it, but have a dx10 compatible card, forcing the use of dx9 in the config settings is necessary. As it seems that BC 2 doesn't care what OS you have, just your card.
As I was constantly dipping into the low 30's, with my 2.8 triple core processor, 2gb of ram, and relatively aging 8800gts 320mb, at 1680x1050 with max settings except for AF. But now I get a constant 40+ fps most of the time.
It is a great game from what I have seen in the beta, though it seems there are some hit detection problems.millerlight89Not hit detection, its "supposly" the gun. Like if it says 30/30 shots and you fire all of em you only actually really shoot like a little more than half. Thats what iv'e heard in game.

No wonder I feel like I can't shoot crap.

I don't quite follow.. but as it is right now, the 360 version has much better hit detection. Seems like something that DICE might be able to get sorted out for PC prior to its release.

When you shoot some of the bullets dont actually shoot.
When you have 30/30 in your mag and you shoot "all" of your bullets some of the bullets don't exist. Game says you shot 30/30 but you actualy shot like 17/30

We think it has to do with the beta servers but thats just us. Hit detection/ and the problem i said are both sort of the same thing or effect the game in the same way so like yeah xD.
