I'm thinking of buying a new PC and of course all new PC's come with Windows Vista. Does anyone know if Battlefield 1942 is compatible with Windows Vista? If not, is there a downloadable patch to solve this problem?

Thanks

Graham

By now all the support needed to play it properly should be out, But I don't care, I'm sticking with XP until the next Vista service pack.

Yeah, I would stick with XP also. But my PC is 5 yrs old now and so slow Zzzzz Zzzzz lol I've had to F-Disk PC twice because of viruses etc and PC suddenly turns off after a very short time of playing PC games ie Battlefield 1942. So a new PC is order of the day for me, I think lol

Thanks for your replies and help guys, much appreciated :D

I probably wont ever change to vista. This will also save my VGA memory, which vista uselessly eats up.
