battlefield goes threquel in autumn and DICE talk some trash

DICE has let a cat out of the bag.. err sort of

they have penned in a release windows for their highly anticipated shooter battlefield 3.. currently they are rocking the idea of autumn across all 3 platforms (pc, ps3, xbox360)

dice went on to comment that CoD is innovative its just" treading water" and its other competitors arent much different. they also bodly call this a "proper" bf2 sequel (i believe thats a typo on vg247's part) rather than anything related to bad company.

normally i hate it when developers bash other games,but it was about time somebody openly challenged CODlawlessx

I really hope they thrash cod as I love bf and loath cod, however I am sure COD will sell another 30 million copies

Best FPS ever (it would seem) and one of the best games ever no doubt. DICE is a great company and they are only speeking the truth ;).

BFBC2 tried the exact same trash talking, and it ended up copying more of cod than it should have. People haven't even heard much about BF3, adn yet they are hyping it like there is no tomm and the praise for DICE is through the roof. I remember when Crysis 2 was announced, the same praise was given to Crytech and as more info was released, the pc crowd didn't care too much for what Crytech did and shunned the game. In a few months time when more details are given for bf3 I know for a fact the amount of people whining will increase ten-fold and pc gamers will blame the consoles for everything, and a hate will develope around the game similar to crysis 2 and other pc games that went multiplat for no good reason

BF2 was a fantastic game. As long as helicopters and planes are coming back in Battlefield 3 I will play. CoD is overrated and boring. Medal of Honor and Bad company were no better. Counter-Strike is still the best FPS.

This is how BC 2 started...the result wasn't as pretty as they bragged, the support was worse.
