Wasn't it supposed to be out buy august? And now it is november and I haven't heard much about the game. Even on there website there isnt much news. so does anyone have any idea on what is going on with this game. It looks pretty good and since it is free I want to try it out!
You should have signed up for the beta then :P I think they said they would release the game by expanding the numbers of beta testers, letting more people in in periods. That's all i know.
I signed up for it under 3 different accounts and still wasn't chosen. I guess that isn't as bad as the 8 different email addresses I sent quake live. This is just like 8th grade dodgeball all over again I never get picked!
When EA realized that they wouldn't make much money of petty advertisements, they immediately stopped production of it and moved to a more profitable business venture.
I think I would like quake live to ocme out more at the moment. Recently though been playing fallen empire over at instantaction.com . If you like tribes its a pretty good game.

I love how they advertised an "open beta" "later this summer". Open beta means EVERYBODY can instantly get access, not fight for access codes that are taken by losers with no life constantly sitting on that website looking to snatch a code.
