Holy Jesus. I'm hyped for this game... Looks far better than Bad Company 1! I loved the end where the car flipped out of control and rammed into that guy. Now that's what Battlefield is about.
Looks good, but I heard they removed the ability to go prone. That alone would prevent me from buying the game. It's such a simple control that adds immersion. I don't know how many times I've been shot at with just my head sticking up slightly too far up screaming "GET ON THE ****ING FLOOR! DO YOU WANT TO DIE?"
Very impressive. I especially like the sound works; all the shouting and exclamations, plus distant gunfire and explosions really makes you feel like you're in a real battlefield.
it feels more real, like you can hear muffeled shoots like on the other side of the map. The guns even with silencer sounds **** great, perhaps not real dunno.
I remember reading somewhere that the PC version of BC2 is being developed by the guys behind BF2, not the peeps who are doing the console versions. Still waiting for my BF3 but as long as there are like 32/64 player maps I'm a customer. Hell even if there wasn't I'm still a customer :D
Looks like fun, but I have yet to find a Battlefield game that I've really enjoyed. Everyone is too disjointed and unorganized for me to feel like there's any coherent two-sided battle taking place. Every BF game I play is a cluster**** with a bunch of guys getting all pissed off over their microphones. Too bad I don't have time to join a clan. :(

Destructable environments lookgreat and the vehicles look like fun, but other than that it seems like a completely average shooter that shouldn't be getting the praise it is getting. No, my pants were not soiled.
