Hi,

I want to benchmark my computer.

Which benchmark software should I downlaod to get a good idea of the power or weakness of my rig?

I use 3DMark and PCMark. The ability to then post your scores and get comparisons of other similarly configured rigs, or rigs with the specs of whatever you just upgraded from, via the FutureMark website will provide a decent yardstick as to how you are doing.

i'd say google 3dmark 06, there are lots of sites that allow you to download the demo, which is pretty much all anyone else has, and you can post your results in the thread stickied to the top of this forum, entitled Rate My Rig (Specs, Pics, etc.) and Benchmarking! ,then you can see how good your rig is compared to others, btw 3dmark 06 lets you run it as many times as you want, but you can only upload one result to their site until you have a key code or buy it, or whatever
