BenQ Zowie gaming monitor looks absolutely horrible!

Soft, hazy picture. I tried it with both watching TV and playing Black Ops. Just shitty. What a bad joke this thing is. I'm sending it back for a refund.

Not even close to my 10 year old Samsung LED. Not even close.

And the company doesn't even give you a remote control. So you can't adjust the volume unless you get up and start pushing buttons on the side of it.

That's actually a pretty decent monitor. For the price at least, it's really not that expensive.
But it's still a TN panel with pretty aggressive anti-glare coating. Can't expect miracles.

Oh, and I have more bad news for you. The overdrive (AMA) is really poorly implemented on that monitor.
Off is bad. High is worse. Premium is unplayable.

@357mag: BenQ is excellent brand for monitors, if you feel the quality is poor maybe consult their customer support and try to RMA it.

I returned it for a refund on Amazon. It look terrible. High Definition my ass. It looked like 102p.

I have had a BenQ GL2760H for 3 years and absolutely love it. Best monitor I have ever owned. Great refresh rate, crystal clear pictures.
