Best 4X Space Strategy Simulation

Hi guys was just wondering what would be the best 4x Space Strategy Simulation to venture in right now? I'm currently looking at Sword of the Stars Complete Collection would that be a good choice? One thing I can't stand though is very buggy games that haven't been patched so hoping to avoid that. Any good choices to recommend?

Sword of the Stars is good.

I prefer Galactic Civilizations 2 and Sins of a Solar Empire a bit more though.

Yep, doesn't get much better then that. Sins of a Solar Empire is also pretty good, the Masters of Orion series though they're a bit older. Sword of the Stars is pretty good, though they're releasing Sword of the Stars 2 later this year do maybe wait for that.

sword of the stars ii looks pretty nice, guess I'm going for either that or an old copy of galactic civilizations II looks cool either way
