I know Corsair makes a pretty good one and i think OCZ, PC Power and Cooling, and Antec also make good PSU's in that range.

I've got a Cooler Master 750W. I think it ran me about $90 after the rebate. 4 12v rails at 19A each and it is SLI certified PSU by Nvidia - which was the main reason I picked one up. Is it the best....probably not, but is it good....dang right it is.

Only draw back I find with this PSU (click here for link to PSU on newegg.com) is that it's not modular. Lucky enough for me, I've got some empty space in my drive bays that I can push the extra cables into, to help clear up space around my motherboard so things can breath easier.

I really like that there are 5 or 6 molex connectors and 5 or 6 SATA connectors on this PSU, so you can pretty much power anything you throw in your tower.

If I had to pick another brand/manufacturer I'd go with Corsair or Thermaltake or Rosewill (in that order).
