I'm looking into the one with 512 MB of Vram but all the others have different clock speeds, some faster some slower. So even if the 512 one has slightly slower clock speeds would it do better then the rest? THANKS! And please o PLEASE don't recommend me an 8800 card. I've made up my mind already. Thanks

For the love of god, why would you even consider an 8600gts when the 8800gt is out and not that much more expensive?

you read my mind! That is what I was gonna say. Now, to the tc, the 8800gt offers double or triple performance, and it is set to drop in price by q1 2008, wait a little before investing into a graphics card. Oh, and the 512mb version is useless, since the memory is 128 bit

The 8800gt is retailing for $250 (eVGA) version. But to find it at that price, you have to wait a little bit, or look on ebay.
