What's the best ATI card in each price range? I was thinking something in the $150-250 range. Also, what is the best manufacturer?

Yes Ati is another company and the best of Nvidia is GTX280 or 9800GX2 while ATI's is the 4870x2

Overclockd, you should get a HD4850 for that price range or try to find a $250-260 ATI HD4870 somewhere.

You might be able to find a 4870 in that price range. Just look around. The 4850 and 4870 are the best bang for your buck right now.

As of right now, the HD4850 goes for ~$180, and it kills any game. But if you wait a little, you could catch the HD4870 for ~$260 (with rebates) off Newegg.
