Too bad to burst your bubble, but u can't get a decent processor from intel with that budget.

Processor: AMD X2 5400 B.E. 2.8ghz

Video Card: Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce 9500GT

For gaming: PNY Nvidia Geforce 9600GT (u need an exta 20 dollars for this)

Hope that Helps.

A good Motherboard for this combo would be MSI K9A2 Platinum
