I would like to know what's the best screen capture program to take a picture of my desktop or a webpage. I would simply use printscreen, but it doesn't work... So yeah, thanks in advance :)

Why exactly doesn't print screen work? Have you tried with different programs?

How does it not work? Your press the "print screen" key, then you open up MS Paint, hold 'CTRL' and press 'v' which is the keyboard shortcut for paste.
