UPGRADE THE VIDEO CARD!!!!!!! Do whatever it takes to get a GTX 260 Core 216 (make sure it is core 216 and not the 192 core older version) or a 4850, or 4870. That is a low-end Video card so you definitely want to upgrde it. Are you planning on Over-clocking your PC? If not get rid of the water cooling because it would be a waste and you have to maintain it (not a lot, just one or two times a year). Blue-ray costs quite a bit, don't get it unless you are actually going to use it.

Whatever you do #1 on the list is don't listen to this guy. Few questions first. What res will you be playing at, and what games would you like to play? Also how long to you plan on keeping this system before you upgrade.

Actually you are wrong. A video card upgrade is really needed.

Um, I think I am right actually. A 4670 is a good card for a budget PC, but for an $800 PC you could do a lot better. If you plan on playing games a lot then please do listen to me.

for a 24" that i assume is at 1900x1200 then yes, a better video card is a must, if you want eye candy from crysis. if you dont mind little to no AA then id stick with what some are saying with the 260 core 216, it's a fantastic little card. it really depends what other games you play, b/c once you're done playing through crysis, then what? going to play the single player over and over then play the crap multi-mates? seems kind of silly. let us know what else you're going to play.
