Best GPU with 150$?

So I have a budget of around 150$ (120€ ) maybe pushing to 170$.

What is the best graphics card I can get for that price? I was looking at the 5750 or something in that range.

Any suggestions?

I got my Gigabyte 5830 for $165 w/ shipping on ebay, brand new...I see lots of 4890's around that price range too..
