Best Graphics Card Under $170 with PCI-E 1.0

Ok this time, i need the best graphics card that's compatible with PCI-E 1.0 and is $170 or below. Suggestions are greatly appreciated. Links are welcomed. Please stay on topic.

I believe that the PCI-E 2.0 cards will work on the 1.0 but you'll loose a tad of performance. What's your current CPU so you don't buy a GPU that'll get bottlenecked

FYI, PCIe 2.0 cards are compatible with 1.0 slots.

i think its FYI... And there is pretty mutch no difference from PCI 1.0 and 2.0 just that 2.0 has like more power going through it.

Yeah, thanks, missed that typo.
Also, I'm not too sure about 2.0, I think it's double the bandwidth as well.

By power I'm assumig your meaning processes and graphical means. What does a ATI 3750 go for these days? I'm not sure what cards are even compatible with the 2.0 standard besides the most recent. I'm still running an ATI X850. This damn Dell is 5 years old just about.. I thought about buying a new PC with the release of Windows 7 so I can actually play games like Crysis.
