i was lookin at the 32 inch vizio too and i think they are good quailty for a low price, after doing alot of research and looking at prices i found a better deal on a better tv. it was the Sharp LC32SB24U which is a 720p 1500:1 contrast ratio which is better then the vizio's ratio and 6ms response time great for gaming at walmart for $647. i went to my local circuit city and they gave me the tv at $631 before taxes by price matching walmart plus 10% of the difference. so i got a top of the notch tv for a really cheap price, oh and the picture is amazing, hooked up my xbox 360 to it and let me tell you gaming in HD is phenominal.

I wouldnt suggest Vizo, any of those rubbish brands, I know the better ones cost more, but would you want a $800 tv broken, if you just put in another $100-150 you can get a better one, and it'll last longer.

Some GOOD brands:

Sharp

Sony

Toshiba

Samsung

Out of the 4, I would get the Sharp LCD.

It really doenst matter where its from and what you get with it, all that matters is, is it a good tv or not? Vizo are horrible tvs and are most likley guranteed to break on you.

I just got a Sanyo from Walmart three weeks ago, it already broke, I took it back tonight. So I'm getting an HDTV from Best Buy as soon as I figure out which one.

You might have to pay a little more but I would go with a Samsung or a Sharp Aquos. both are good TVs and are reasonably priced at the size you are looking for.
