Which is the best netbook for general web surfing and word, with a decent battery life, preferably 7 hours or more for less than £300?

I was looking at this, but if anyone could recommend a better alternative I would appreciate it. Thanks

That netbook looks good but I would buy a 2GB stick of DDR3 to replace the 1GB in it. It actually improves battery life a little and makes the system more responsive.

AMD Dual-Core C-60 APU includes AMD Radeon HD 6290 IGP i.e. a netbook that can play modern games(search youtube)and HD H.264 videos (web and from external blu-ray optical drive).

AMD C-60 APU has 1.3Ghz CPU turbo and 400Mhz GPU turbo modes.

PS; My AMD C-50/Z-01 based tablet/netbook murders my old Intel Atom N470 based tablet/netbook.

the c-60 was a good choice for a netbook, but id go with a netbook with an e-450 in it, if you can find one. The HP dm1z is an awesome choice but im not sure if u'll find it for < 300
