#1: Starcraft #2: Half-Life 2 #3: Half-Life #4: Warcraft III #5: Counter-Strike Of course, I haven't played every PC game ever made, so I've missed out on a lot of excellent games. The games on my list are the ones which I have spent a lot of time with and really love to play.
op weren't you complaining how wow shouldn't be charging 15 bucks a month but its your favorite game haha. Btw World of warcraft is not the best pc game but far from it. It's like a kid friendly gambling system.
 the reason i was complaining about that is cause i bought the real one not the trial so i played the trial and thought it was great but then i bought the real one and found out u had to pay to play
 w8 i change my mid i agree with daytona because D2 was the first game i played on PC and i played until i was 9 but then it broke and now its 3 years later and now i realize that D2 is the only Pc game for me
I cant pinpoint ONE game an nominate it for best game ever but id have to say that these games would be up there on my list
Counter Strike Half Life 2 Diablo 2 LOD Any of the CNC series Warcraft 3 TFT Duke Nukem 3d Doom all of them except no.3 Quake 1 - 4 Company Of Heroes  but if i had to pick one, id say ANY CNC except for the first one, too old now.
-Unreal Tournament 2004 They include so much in the game, a ton of maps and gametypes. In addition to a very easy to use level editor, a music player, a student edition of maya, unrealPaint for making models, and it is just a really fun game.
Best PC Game of all time.. To me it's out of the following classic titles: Warcraft II Duke Nukem 3D C&C Red Alert I played these games and still go back every couple years and run through them again. I spent countless hours playing single player/skirmish/modem games and have many great memories. There are other games too, like Shadow Warrior, but these are the main 3 games i played modem games of and are the best.
Half Life and Doom both have contributed alot to the FPS genre, so all the FPS developers should thank those games, so i would pick those two games as the greatest(s)
Battlefield 2 is definitely one of the best. and I would also say the Half-Life Series, Counter-Strike, Unreal Tourney 2004, and Company of Heroes. all deserving of the acclaim they've gotten. :PÂ
