without a doubt: Maximum PC

Don't bother with Maximum PC for two reasons.

1. They have a 0 - 10 scale but were willing to throw it out for Half-Life 2 just so they could give it an 11. If there was ever a time you could say a critic sold out that was it.

2. The last issue I saw they said they were dropping all low and midrange reviews. The print magazine is going to be nothing but high end gear. Unless you have a lot to spend I suggest you look elsewere.
