Need for Speed : I think it is a best racing game !!

Since no one listed any Racing Sims and only games I will give you a few suggestions from that genre:

ARCA Sim Racing (TheSimFactory)

GTR2, GTR Evo or any of the SimBin games

iRacing (although I don't usualy recommend it because it is just way too expensive)

I can see Project Cars being up there pretty soon. But it's still in Beta form atm.

Need For Speed Shift (granted, I have not played many other PC sim like racers)

For simulation it's GTR 2, it's a few years old so it should run well on a new PC.

Race Driver Grid

Dirt 2 and 3

Need For Speed: Pro Street

Flatout 2

Test Drive Unlimited 1 and 2

F1 2012/2013

WRC 2 and 3

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit

All Of The Burnout Series

Need for Speed Shift

and

Blur

I love Grid and Grid 2. Not to arcadey not to sim like. Great graphics and racing feeling , decent A.I on hard difficulties and great sound

The new NFS Rivals is pretty good arcade, it has it's flaws but overall the concept works great.

I wish there was something like Gran Turismo on PC. I love the variety of cars you can drive.

I wish Forza Horizon was on PC

Asseto Corsa is shaping up to be one fine racing game.

Closest thing to Forza. I don't know why M$ gotta skimp us so bad on Gears and Forza..

You should try Asseto Corsa (Steam). If you like Gran Turismo, you'll like Asseto Corsa.

@insane_metalist: Looks good but currently has 11 cars.

@kraken2109: Also I believe the AI is not in the game yet. I don't mind early access but it maybe to early.

It's currently a beta pretty much. But you pay $40 and then once the game is finished. You get the whole game for that price. I have a good feeling about it :p
