i have read the e5200 and the e5300 are the same cpu what make the 2nd one better thanx

The second has faster RAM. Also it has a higher quality processor, technically they are from the same design and should all be the top model but the manufacturing process isn't perfect so some end up better than others. The lower ones are given a lower product rank and are clocked lower as they can't properly handle the higher clock speeds of the higher models.
