Best pirate themed game? (YARR!)

I'd totally like a pirate themed game right now. What's the best one out there? I'd rather hope its not Pirates of the Burning Sea, 'cause I'm still recovering my last MMO addiction :P

So is it all I have, or are there good offline games at all?

Modern approach eh? Well you can pretend to be a pirate on GTA IV by stealing someone's boat and smuggling stuff in EFLC.

Todays pirates are so boring. I mean you get a little boat and take non-armed ships until the navy shows up and snipes you all.
