best possible PC for 600

i know this sounds lazy, but can someone here kinda just help me out with this? ill get the parts and ill make my dad put it together, he knows how.

lets say 600-650, and im canadian !

-already have keyboard, mouse, screen, speakers, printer, and dont need operating system. just need the pc itself
