Best program for recording in game video of games

I am currently using fraps, and hate only being able to record for 30 seconds... is there a way to cahnge it for fraps, and is there a program that works better than fraps, because FRAPs really slows down the game.

The way you change that is you -buy- the program. :)

Yeah - buy it. Then you can record for as long as you like. The slow down depends on your hardware and the settings you are playing the game at.
