Rogue Spear was awesome to be sure, but I think Raven Shield was just the epitome of R6 goodness... Vegas is finally going in the right direction, but there's still progress to be made.Â
vegas. I played the first one, rogue spear, and raven shield and I prefer vegas. Its alot diffrent and simpler than the other ones but I thought the others were too complicated and vegas was more fun
I've only played Rainbow Six Vegas 1 and 2, and Lockdown, I liked Vegas more than Lockdown, it's not realistic as the other one was, but I had a great time.

yeah but in name only. That last true R6 game and still the best of the bunch was Raven Shield. It's realism and attention to detail is to this day unprecedented in a tactical shooter. In fact the genre of tactical shooters is practically nonexistent these days. All we have now are a bunch of run of the mill shooters (like Vegas) But hopefully ARMA 2 and Flashpoint 2 will change that...

But lockdown is? It was made by red storm while vegas wasnt.... In any case raven shield but i also like vegas 2 and lockdown, i played raven shield with little planning.

I have more fond memories of Rogue Spear than any other R6 game, although Raven Shield is probably the better game.
While the Vegas games are fantastic shooters, they don't have the 'feel' of any of the Rainbow 6 games Red Storm (or whatever that company is called) developed. I'd go with Ravenshield i guess, unless you want a next gen title, the go with one of the Vegas games.

rouge spear....i wasted many hours of middle school playing that game. vegas was too actiony, and dont say its cause i played it on pc, i played it on 360, i still like the whole....if u get shot u die thing.
