Translation: What's your favourite game from Relic? I'm listing the full games but the content includes sequels and / or expansion packs.

Homeworld has the best singleplayer campaign, but Dawn of War has the best setting and gameplay mechanics, I'd say. DoW is by far my favourite. Homeworld is also one of the most beautiful, most relaxing games I have ever played. I don't think it's as good as DoW, but it belongs in the RTS hall of fame, for sure.

CoH is a wonderful game that really takes the DoW formula to the next level, and it has a great single player campaign, but it just doesn't do it for me.

I never played Impossible Creatures, but I've heard fairly positive things from friends.
