Best RTS out atm?

So I miss the fun factor that was in WC3, that is the best RTS I have ever played online, and im wondering whats the most played/most fun RTS game out there? I hear C&C3 is good, and World in Conflict is a blast

or are there any new ones coming out soon that'll be good?

Rome or Medieval 2: Total War.

CnC3 is one of the worst RTS games ever made actually, it's an extremely unbalanced, shallow, buggy, brainless, spam fest.

WiC isn't even really an RTS, and it shows in how shallow the game is, don't get me wrong, I loved the game at first, but it gets old and extremely reptitive in a hurry.

Supreme Commander with it's expansion Forged Alliance is by far the best RTS now.

Company of Heroes > Dawn of War > Homeworld > Warcraft 3 > Starcraft > Battle for Middle Earth 2 > Command and Conquer Generals > Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 > Age of Mythology > Rise of Nations > Battle for Middle Earth > Age of Empires 2

Dawn Of War or Company Of Heroes. I prefer the squad mechanics from DoW over the single units in Starcraft.

Also Supreme Commnder and World In Conflict for the eyecandy.

Get COH or DOW. Do NOT get C&C 3. Wasteless crap imho.
