I need to replace the TV I play my PS2 on. Thats about all it will be used for (a little general TV). What will get me the best picture? I tried hooking it up to my LCD once but it looked like crap.

Someone gave me a memorex combo TV with component input. When I play FFXII it loses signal when going to the map, and more important during some spells. Will they all do this?

Yeah, PS2s generally look the best on high-quality 480i TVs.
