Best Unreal Tournamant game

For me its 2004. that game rocks so hard its not even funny. UT3 is ok, not great. ive played the original but i don't remember much of it. anyway which ones the best?

2K4 but there is hope for UT3 :D there are awesome mods in the making for it :) mods(remakes) like Re-Volt, C&C Renegade, Stargate, Resident Evil, Xen, Medal of Honor LOL and original mods like Sierra,Tales of Wenda(looks, in a way, like Crysis :) still far from it but i didn't know you could make something like this with UE3) and many more :). Those things make me feel like I didn't buy it just to complete my UT collection :).DanielDust

Both ut99 and ut2k4 were great unlike 2k7 but 2k4 was the best. and dont forget original unreal the 1998 unreal was one of the best single player fps

Pretty big, you'd have no problem in finding almost 1,9K-2K players online at any time :).

Even if I logged over 1500 hours into UT2k4, I prefer the vibe of UT3, we just need more maps and players. There is hope.

That is my favourite one :) (Onslaught) and yeah from those almost 2K players you'd probably find from 300 to even 500 players sometimes :).

i actually have all 4 unreal games including ut2k7 although a very good game is not an improvement over 2k4 plus it feels like i'm playing a console fps

I had most fun with 2k4 because of the vehicles and large customization options.

The original has a special place in my heart, but 2k4 is my favorite.

I have only played Unreal Tournament and Unreal Tournament 2004 and enjoyed both really much. I would have to go with Unreal Tournament 2004, though, as it was a very worthy sequel that brought improvements upon improvements to the series.

Unreal Tournament from 1999 will always give me the most memories.
