Probably a 550w good quality psu, a hd 4670, another gb of ram, and we need to know your cpu speed, if your cpu is good then those would be great.

That actually has a Pentium 4 according to the specs I'm seeing online, which is fairly worthless for any of the more intensive modern games. You would also have to upgrade the PSU with one that uses the proprietary Dell form factor to support a decent video card. I wouldn't waste my time or money. Save up for a new PC instead.

Google a program called CPU-Z. Download and run it. That will tell you exactly what kind of processor you have.

PC Power and Cooling sells Dell form factor PSUs, but as I said, if you have a Pentium 4, it would be a waste of time and money to upgrade.

sounds like it's better for you to just build up a new pc. you can get a very good one for relatively cheap.

Like crap. Your best bet for your system is either an HD 2600XT or an 8600GT; anything better will just bottleneck your system due to the processor, so it'd be a waste. Although you might be able to get away with an 8800GT or HD 3850/3870. I recommend just saving up for a new PC, but if you want to squeeze one last bit of life out of your current system, then go for it.

Really now? Because i just got a 4670 and it works fine. I can run Crysis high with over 30 fps. I checked to see if it was draining power but it didn't seem like it it didn't over heatbut just to be sure i turned the brightness down a little still it runs like normal so anybody with a lower wattage this card works fine.
