Best Way To Transfer Folders Of MP3 Files?

I want to send a bunch of folders with MP3's to a friend and im not sure what the most efficient way would be. I was thinking of winRAR but im curious if there is any other method?

Zip is probably easier. Mp3s are already compressed so any additional compression you're going to get from another program will be minimal to none - it'll just be the convenience of it all in one file.

Overhead from the zip/rar/7zip/bz2 will just make them bigger due to overhead, not much mind you, a few kilobytes.
