i have a intergrated onboardvideo graphics controller, no video card.

it says its a 96mb.

my fps in cs1.6 is stuck at 60fps and will not go any higher

my friend told me to disable the sync in opengl or something, but i cannot do that, as i do not have a Video Card.

so there is any tweaks or updates that will make it so i can have the most fps i can possibly get?

you need to go to video options and disable vsync because it forces the fps to sync with the monitor's refresh rate, which is apparently 60hz in your scenario. if theres just no possible way to do that then change your monitor's refresh rate to a higher setting like 75hz and you will get 75fps.

What's wrong with 60fps? Your eye won't see a difference any more after 60 really.

you want more than a 60fps? what for? you can't see more than 60fps - over 60fps will be pointless - unless you're an alien

i'm saying that your eyes can't see more than 60 frames per second getting more performances from your screen/computer won't make any difference

Human eye can see the difference between 30, 60 and 100 fps.

And naturally the human eye runs at 24. Seriously though 60 is fine.

where is vsync in game??

and the fps max i think is what made it goin closer to 75, but its not constant. still average 30 fps at times, but mostly 50-60fps..

when there is a lot of ppl playing in the server or a certian area in the map, it gets kinda choppy and lagg huge.
