I have both of the games and I like Battlefield 2 better than 2142.....well thats maby because I like BF2 for its modern setting rather than the futuristic one.
bf 2142 i think is much better! ive played bf 2 and i didnt play it as much as 2142! but thats probs because ive got a huge clan on bf 2142 as i didnt have on bf 2! to tell u the truth which ever 1 u get! u wont regret! trust me!
I'm gonna say BF2 because its more realistic, has more players, and I like it more. 2142 was just one of EA's annual releases to make more money. Anyways both demos are available for download.
i think bf2142 flying seems easier plus the titan mode and unlockables makes it quite a game to play but still bf 2 isnt bad either. if u like modern day warfare
2142 all the way, its just a much better game, but yeah pick the game with the setting that suits you best. But BF2 was great when it first was released, now its been ruined by patches, because there is always some retards that scream on the net, NERF THIS NERF THAT, THAT IS OVERPOWERD OMG :)
And to the one that said BF2 is more realitic, do you really want a battlefield game to be realitic??? Most of the fun with those games is that the battle isnt very realitic, its just pure fun, thats how the games started and thats how they should continue. You want something mroe realistic then play something boring like CS.
