BF3 Isnt Installing

I bought BF3 weeks ago digitaly it worked perfectly fine,then suddenly last day when i open origin saw the game's download bar,after that the install butten apeared i thought huh thats strange then i click it and the preparing and install just keep apearing and nothing happens,i tried redownloading origin and uninstalled the game but nothing works,help me please.

if you have the retail version, you need to reinstall the game from Disc 1 only. If it was a digital download, you will need to reinstall the game from the download service you got it from.
