Hey everyone, every time I boot up my computer and get past the startup screen, it goes black and a text says something like:

"Floppy Disk(s) failed" and something about BIOS.. anyways I just press F1 and it continues to boot up.

So it's no major problem, but pretty annoying to do this every time at start up.

Does anyone have any idea what I should change in BIOS, or have another fix?

My specs (if you need them):

Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.4GHz

2GB DDR2 PC4200 533MHz 1. Part (2x1GB)

BFG 8800GTS 320mb

320GB Maxtor 7200rpm SATA2

It's weird, because everything works perfectly... I'm guessing it's some setting in BIOS that needs to be changed but I have no idea what.

lol!! you plugged ur floppy drive in the wrong way. just open up your case, unplug your floppy drive, turn the cable the other way, and plug it in again. if the light on your floppy drive is continuously on, it means you plugged it in the wrong way. and for the hdd, try the same thing.

Well, the light is not continuously on... so I really don't know if that's the problem... and btw, I didn't put this PC together. :P

I think you have your floppy drive listed as the first boot device in BIOS. You might want to move the floppy drive further down in your boot order (or remove it altogether). You almost never boot from a floppy anymore so other then being annoying, it's just wasting time to have your pc check for a bootable device in your floppy drive at start-up. Of course you can always change it back if ever you needed to.
