What about the Halo 2 community?

Probably dead as a doornail. Or at least it should be
Well I am glad I chose what I chose. I got Bioshock 2, Mount and Blade Warband, and Left 4 Dead 2.I have l4d2 which always has a huge online community and Bioshock2 which i havent really played yet. I got a pretty huge backlog but from what i did play of it i loved it :D
Bioshock 2's multiplayer seems dead which is sad because they are so many games to play.
So I guess for single player games I own:
~Bio Shock 2
~Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind
Multiplayer games:
~Halo
~Left 4 Dead 2
~League of Legend
~Mount and Blade: Warband
And trying to decide if I should get Brink.
I know Bioshock 2's online has been dead for a while. As for L4D2, online community is very large. :)
Bioshock 2 online community is pretty dead I think, L4D2 on the other hand is full of players and serversHow many people play these games online?

Read reviews and wait before buying a game. On the PC you get crazy deals through sales. Based on what you have I would recommend The Witcher for a singleplayer game and Heroes of Newerth for Multiplayer (this is an acquired taste but I've found those who get tired of League love this for its shift to a competitive game from a layed back one).
Why dont you get TF2 for multiplayer? Or Starcraft 2? Or...uh...what else. Killing Floor? I played with a guest pass and it was better than I expected. I have L4D2 but I still havent put in as many hours in it as I would have liked. GamesterpheonixKilling Floor and Starcraft 2 are amazing games, I love them so much, Killing Floor = Teamwork, and killing zombies with your friends, this game is pretty similar to L4D and L4D2. I also heard lots of good things about TF2. :D
If your gonna play halo on the pc get the first one and download the custom edition mod for free which adds a bunch of stuff to the game a good amount of people still play halo 2 because of the vista only requirement for no reason at all is not very active. What about the Halo 2 community?

Okay why don't I have a BioShock 2 desktop icon? Its pissing me off. I have steam btw but didnt buy it from steam. my other games installed with steam.

I see your computer knowledge is lacking. Not to worry :)
Open up the install directory for the game, find the .exe, right click it and select "Create a Shortcut", and just drag that onto your desktop.

Oh where to begin on that game.I know you figured it out, but for reference, on vista and windows 7, if it's not installed via steam, windows likes sticking the icons under games explorer. If you just hit the start key and search games explorer it will find it
