Is it just me? I havent got ONE online match since I got the game, which was before X-Mas BTW, so its been a while. Anyone get into a match recently?

When it was first released, there were people playing the multiplayer, but alot of players were having ping issues.

Until they release an SDK the multiplayer will go nowhere - I mean, look at Deus Ex multiplayer - it's still alive for one reason: modding.

Worthless. I don't know why BS2 needed multiplayer. The games have always been about the story and the atmosphere.

Worthless. I don't know why BS2 needed multiplayer. The games have always been about the story and the atmosphere. biggest_loser

Yeah, don't understand why so many devs feel the need to add on multiplayer, most games that tack it on seem to have the singleplayer mode diminish.

I personally loved the bioshock 2 multiplayer, its a shame noone plays anymore.

Again I make a comparison to Deus Ex - ION released the multiplayer as a patch several months after the original release, but I guess Irrational/2K didn't want to follow that example. Having a multiplayer mode can be of huge benefit to the game provided there is support for modding.
