Alright, so I have Windows 7 64 bit. For some reason, the RAM is having problems. I have tried each card individually, and in both slots on the motherboard, and have confirmed that neither the ram nor the motherboard is faulty. However, once both sticks are in at the same time, the OS freaks out and crashes. I ran MemTest, and got a problem stating that "your version of windows limits the amount of contiguous RAM a single program can allocate". This leads me to believe that when a program wants to take more than 2gb of ram, windows 7 freaks out because it doesn't want that, and crashes. This makes no sense, especially since I have 64 bit, but it's all that I can figure. I've already asked microsoft and they had no idea what to tell me.

Once again, both sticks, and slots, are perfectly healthy. However, when both cards are in the system crashes. Anybody ever had this issue before, or have any ideas?

You will have to run multiple instances of memtest, even with the 64bit version. Your RAM may indeed be faulty.
