We won't be playing it for another 5 years or so probably, and what we play will probably be nothing like what was shown yesterday. I regard this as a good thing since I was very dissapointed with what was shown yesterday. To me it was just the same old SC with a fresh coat of paint and more new units.
For many many people, new graphics and a few new units would be more than enough to make them drool over the game, and fork out their cash for the epic (I use the term preemptorily) Starcraft 2.
Though I must say I can understand how some people may be a little disappointed with what they've seen so far of Starcraft 2. Regardless, it gets my blessings, because Starcraft rates very high amongst my favourite games...Â
I think that we all could be having StarCraft2 under our Christmas tree this year. It is always the best time of the year to relaease games that are epic! But I hope I am wrong and that it is way, way earlier than that!
