There's an interesting article on Blizzard VS Westwood at 1up. So which RTS developer do you think is better? Blizzard or Westwood?

Actually some of the Westwood ppl are now known as Petroglyph, who developed Universe at War and Star Wars Empire at War. But it aint really what Westwood used to be.

EA bought Westwood and then liquidated the company. Many of the older Westwood developers stayed in Las Vegas and formed Petroglyph, while some of the newer ones moved on with EA and became part of EALA, which makes the current C&C games.

As for the topic, as much as I've enjoyed some of Blizzard's titles (i.e. Diablo), Westwood has given me more memories to cherish.

Relic gets the vote for me. No disrespect for Blizzard and the late Westwood, but Relic made more games that appealed to me more.
