Blu-Ray helped knock out HD-DVD, but it certainly hasn't won yet.

Of course it won. Blu-ray isn't here to dethrone DVD. It can survive quite easily alongside it as a premium product.

HD-DVD is now officially dead. Toshiba is the only manufacturer of the drives and they've officially stated that they will cease production.

Toshiba was behind HD-DVD and they scrapped it. Blu-Ray has officially won!
